Equalfuturz uses unique illustrations and is packed full of information and interactive Flash activities and quizzes to help young people to look at past, present and future milestones in relation to equal opportunities.

The Equalfuturz website is one of three resources that have been developed to challenge gender stereotyping and to empower young people to explore the career choices that are available to them, without being inhibited by preconceived gender specific views about jobs. 

The Changing Times DVD and lesson plans captured a live forum theatre performance in school. These resources challenge gender stereotyping in the workplace through the medium of work experience and enable teachers to address gender imbalance and stereotyping in a novel and engaging way. A short clip of the DVD can be viewed in the Changing Times section of the Equalfuturz website.

Changing Times and its associated website Equalfuturz were awarded the 2007 National Career Award by the Institute of Career Guidance.
