It widens students’ career horizons, raises questions
and issues for further discussion, challenges career perceptions and enables

is an interest guide which can be used by young people and adults and provides:- an interest profile and 20 job suggestions for each user
- the pros and cons of jobs and the facility for users to input their own job ideas and see how they score
- on screen prompts
- a jobfile database with over 780 job titles
There is instant feedback for users at each stage of the program, and advisers can
access records to analyse responses and study associated comments. |

It also links the skills profile to an occupational database. |
