Thanks to everyone who took part in our 2019 Workit user survey. The purpose of the survey was to measure customer satisfaction with the usability and content of the Workit website and to identify areas for further development or improvement.

The survey results are based on 133 responses across all of the 22 local authorities who use Workit. We highlight the following results.

  • 74% of users find booking pupil work placements easy or very easy.
  • 76% of users find approving pupil work placements easy or very easy.

We identified the following areas for improvement.

  • Visual design – 58% of users were very satisfied or satisfied.
  • Navigation – 51% of users were satisfied.
  • Search facility – 52% of users were satisfied.
  • Dashboard – 57% of users were satisfied.

As a result of your feedback we will be undertaking a major programme of redesign and upgrade of our Workit software over the next 12 to 18 months.
